can i suggest or give advice to superiors

Hi i am a fresher, i joined a company recently. My team consists of 2 new members and 3 already working employers. The team recently was given a project, so ideas regarding the project had to be given . Both i and other fresher did not give much ideas or suggestions as it is our first project. But there was a mistake or problem or error with the design with what my superior suggested. Should i say him or should i not.

You can give suggestion to some seniors and not to some. It depends on employees, but if you are close or your superior is friendly to take and give advice and suggestions then you would be appreciated for your idea or advice.

Some due to work tension or stress can take quite serious of such situations, so it's better not to do so.

You should know your senior, so go accordingly as per the situation.

I can suggest something if this thing happens among your team then you can do one thing that the person you need to talk regarding this, make some time out and have a conversation in person. So that your senior should not feel insulted and should see your humbleness towards him.

You can mention what and all points need to change or what should be done, it has a profit, your senior should understand your development towards the project given and you can have a good bonding with your senior.
