If my organization where I am working doesnt value me as a certified PMP what should I do

As many organization are not valuing or supporting them PMP staff/team.

How should a PMP member deal with such situation?

You should probably educate your leaders in the value of disciplined project management and certifications and if nothing changes, decide if you wish to continue to work in that organization.
