Regarding your query, first, you need to go to your dashboard where you have your rows and columns:

• Click on edit colors
• Click on automation and pick up color from the palette. 
• Then click on advance and click on the center and make it 0 and click OK.

i dont have option because it is text tables and the values inside it should not be coloured.
