unable to build Net project using NUGet

Question

I'm trying to build a .NET project using NUGet on jenkins. It shows the below error because I do not have version 4.5.2 of .NET and that too because windows 10 has v 4.7.1 preinstalled

you just need the developer pack for 4.5.2 not the entire framework. try downloading it from the below given link under Developer Pack section:
