Is there any way to import an existing TFVC repo into Azure DevOps project

Question

I want to deploy my asp.net app web application to azure. I have created a new devops project but when I select "bring your own code" I can only choose a git repo.

Is there any way to import the code from TFVC, or should I move my entire repo to git?

For now Azure DevOps Projects only support git repos. Primarily because many of the new projects are started using git by most of the users. Still Azure DevOps does support building CI/CD pipeline into existing Azure projects.

TVFC support is going to come along with other SCM's in future versions of Azure.

If you use YAML files for defining your build process in VSTS, then the repository is implicitly the same as the one in which your YAML file is present.
