Is it possible to get EC2 account balance programmatically

Is there a way to get my account balance programmatically from AWS. I did find DevPay & FPS in the documentation, but they don't seem to apply to my account. Will it be ok if scrap the account page?

Any suggestions?

You can't, unfortunately, neither AWS nor any other IaaS/PaaS/SaaS vendor I'm aware of does offer API access to their accounting data currently.
