Growth or Wealth in your career?

Hi Sindhu,

Every person would work for money during their early work days. As years pass by, any employee would work for fame other than Money.

According to Maslow Hierarchy of Needs, It explains the needs of a human from botton -up fashion.

Money or Wealth is the more neccessary than Fame (or Growth)

Money falls in 2nd level whereas Fame or Grwowth falls under the 4th level.

So, In my Opinion during early work days untill a certain stage, you work for the daily needs and not for the fame.
