So it's better to take a change than stay in a stagnant position where neither your work nor your career has any improvement and feel uncomfortable in your work environment.

Hey Ramita,

It depends, that which position you are in and for how long you are working. Because if you are a fresher then it will take time to reach a different level. So if you are fresher then keep in mind that maybe you need to do the same stuff for a longer period.

Once you get a good experience, then try to switch to some different firm, so that you can come out of your stagnant position and technology you are working on.

Choose your career wisely.
