After installing Hadoop on Windows7 NameNode failed to start

I am installing Hadoop 2.2.0 on Windows machine. While starting the NameNode I am getting the following error:

You need to install Hadoop winutils to install Hadoop on windows. It is compulsory to install winutils on your Windows machine to work with Hadoop. Go through this link:
