Error OptionsRequestDenied error

I am uploading file to S3 bucket on AWS-console.
It starts uploading but then it fails with the error OptionsRequestDenied

Yes, I got the same problem!
The new version of AWS-console is having this problem better to say depending on the mood.
Try using aws-cli it works absolutely fine.
aws s3 cp "file name with path.extension" "s3://bucketname"
this will work fine.
