In my Excel spreadsheet, I have 3 columns of data: Business Unit (column 1), Item (column 2), and Cost (column 3). All rows of columns 2 and 3 include data, but column 1 only has a single business unit before being blank until the business changes. For each business unit, I can just drag the data and control down to the empty ones, but what if I have thousands of rows and numerous business units? I'll need a lifetime to complete that. Is there a quicker way to complete this task?
