How to install SQL Server Management Studio 2012 SSMS Express

I just set up SQL Server 2012 Express, and VS2012RC allows me to connect to the database.

The database functionality is good. I am using Win7 SP1 64-bit. I choose ENUx64SQLManagementStudio x64 ENU.exe to download the program from the website.

I want to install Management Studio 2012, however, the installer has halted after unpacking. I briefly glimpse some console software.

What might be the reason?
Where are the log files located?
