What if I delete default VPC in AWS What are the consequences

If you wish to recreate the default VPC then AWS documentation can be found here:

 In the past however, if you deleted the default VPC, it was required to contact AWS Support to restore it back.

Do you have any resources inside your Default VPC? If you do not have any resources inside your default VPC, you will not have any impact. If you choose to delete the Default VPC, you will not have any ability to re-recreate it. If for some reason you require a default VPC in the future, you will need to contact AWS Support to have your default VPC re-created.
