Build a bot in Azure online code editor

When I try to build my Azure web app bot online, I get the following error message. Build.cmd succeeds, but deploy.cmd fails with the following problem. I haven't been able to discover any information on how to remedy this problem on the internet. It's strange since it fades away the next day. I'm able to build once, but then all subsequent builds fail. It's strange.

An error has occurred during web site deployment. 'npm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Restart the Web App Bot and the Entire Web App and try again.

This has occurred to me previously. After that, I used this.

Continous delivery/deployment is also something I encourage. You won't be able to consider such mistakes.

You can easily customise your devops project in visual studio as well. After that, you won't have to publish as frequently.
