How to use real world live data in my smart contract

i am developing an application that makes transactions based on real world data say, stock price, sports result, voting results etc. How can i embed, or use this real world data in my smart contract?

You cant access/embed real world data using blockchains directly. For this, you have to make use of Oracles. Oracles are third party services that help you access real world data and include them in your smart contract.. You can go through https://gnosis.pm/ to know more..
