Difference between git stash pop and git stash apply

I am new to Git. I am learning the concept of stash. But I am confused between git stash pop and git stash apply. Can anyone tell me the difference between git stash pop and git stash apply?

"Git stash pop" deletes the last pushed stash from the stack and "git stash appy" will make stashed files and folders available in working directory from stash
