Error Call to undefined function money format

0 votes

Every time I try to run this code there is a message saying:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function money_format()

The lines that have that problem are:

$pricetotal = money_format("%10.2n", $pricetotal);

and

$cartTotal = money_format("%10.2n", $cartTotal);

Can you please explain me the reason why this happens ?

$cartOutput = "";
$cartTotal = "";

if (!isset($_SESSION["cart_array"]) || count($_SESSION["cart_array"]) < 1) {

Hello @kartik,

If you are using windows based system then you will not have this function available.

The function money_format() is only defined if the system has strfmon capabilities. For example, Windows does not, so money_format() is undefined in Windows.

Hope it helps!!
