Error occurred Unable to load drag and drop problem

0 votes
I've just got to the Visualizing Your Data Knowledge Check & can't see , or respond to questions 2, 4 or 5.  Instead of the questions, I just get a single line of error text reading, "An error occurred. Unable to load drag and drop problem."  I've tried clearing my browsing data & signing back in after restarting my laptop, but the error persists.

Can anyone advise me how to resolve this, please?

You can solve this by logging in to your my home desktop, running Internet Explorer, which shows the images for the deag & drop questions that were invisible to me in Google Chrome, & Safari.  It also solves the issue in a number of the lab exercises, where you are told that your result should look something like... & the image is not displayed.  I don't know what the underlying issue is, but hope this solution may work for others with the same issue
