How to store photos in Hyperledger smart contract

I am trying to build a project that would store pictures in the smart contract and send it as a transaction.. How can i implement it?

To do this, you need to represent your image as a byte array or you can use a link to point to a resource outside blockchain and mention it as a parameter for value attribute in the follow code:
