AttributeError while trying to start peer port in Hyperledger

Question

I am new to blockchain.. I am trying to install a blockchain and starting peer port but i get this error: AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'PROTOCOL_SSLv3'

I have installed it directly on Server.. I didn't install it in Vagrant and Vbox or docker.

I dont know if it is the reason or if it should matter.. please help

If you are new to blockchain then install Hyperledger Fabric using Docker Images because it is very easy. Installing Hyperledger Fabric directly from server as you have done is not appropriate especially that you are new to it.
