I updated eclipse now I'm getting the selenium webdriver error. Previously these were the error snippet, now I'm getting the new error.

There might be a possibility of version compatibility issues. Which version of chrome driver and java are you using? Check if they are compatible!

Google chrome 86.0.4240.111

ChromeDriver 86.0.4240.22

Eclipse 2020-09 (4.171.0)

Java 15.0.1(64-bit).

What step should I take next?

The NullPointerException occurs when you declare a variable but did not create an object and assign it to the variable before trying to use the contents of the variable (called dereferencing). So you are pointing to something that does not actually exist. Use a debugger to know where you have missed.
