How to get PMP certification without experience

Can I get PMP certified without any experience? If yes, can someone guide me on this?

One thing I would like to make it very clear that this certification is definitely not for the freshers. 

Unless you have either a four-year Under Graduate degree with 3 years of work experience of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of PMP training or a high school diploma along with an associate’s degree with 5 years of work experience of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management training you can't take up the PMP certification exam.
