Looking for a system to help a Project Manager organize paperwork.

1. What are the processes that you wish to automate and are those processes being consistently followed? 

2. What are your must-have vs. nice-to-have requirements? 

3. What's your budget? 

4. Does your organization have any technology standards which will influence this decision - for example, some companies might prefer in-house hosted systems instead of a cloud-based solution.
