If you are a complete beginner with the Azure cloud platform, then first have a look at the basic concepts of Azure cloud like the services that it provides, getting started with it, etc. 

• I suggest going through a couple of blogs online.You may check a series of blogs on Azure that would ensure you are aware of the fundamentals. 

• In case reading blogs isn't your cup of tea, you could check out a youtube playlist that fulfills the same objective.

• You could then try to get hands-on by trying a few demos and get a real-time experience. You could also check this out for Azure Certification Training.
