I am trying to set Master Slave architecture in Jenkins. But I am not able to set my remote node in Jenkins. It gives me the below error.

SSH Connection failed with IOException: "Key exchange was not finished, connection is closed.", retrying in 15 seconds. There are 5 more retries left.

How can I solve this error?

Hi@akhtar,

To avoid this error, you have to set your Host Key Verification Strategy in Jenkins. By default when Jenkins try to connect with remote node via SSH, it will ask for permission. You can set Host Key Verification Strategy with Non verifying Verification Strategy.

How do you set a "Host Key Verification Strategy"?

Hi,

You need to set in the configure agent.

Configure agent -> launch method -> Host Key Verification Strategy

There you can set your requirement.
