Rstudio Erreur unexpected symbol in

Question

Bonjour, I'm new to Rstudio programming. I used a formula that worked very well but I now maintain an error message which appears while my files are the same as those I used before (with the same symbols: ".", ";" and "NA"). Can you tell me why it no longer works? I noticed that there was a new version of "dendextend" that I installed. Thank you in advance for your answers, Julie
