BluePrism Error

Hello my friends, good afternoon, my name´s Igor, anda I have one doubt and I need help, in my Job, me and my colegues, were implating a BluePrism enviroment, where the BP Server is in our Infraestructure and the BP Client is in the client Infraestrutucture.

When closing VPN server, both networks have comunication, the both side ping.

But, when we try, established a comunication of BP Client with BP Server, to show this error message:


 

We get make a TELNET with the ports 8199 and 1433 that´s right, both sides.

Some one here know the motive?

The possible reasons for this might be :

• The Blue Prism Server service is not running

• Firewall settings on the local machine or on the calling machine prevent communication between the two machines on the specified port

• Both machines need to allow communication on the specified port number
