Change the project of a cloud storage bucket

I have created a bucket and during its creation specified a project that the bucket would be associated with. How can I change the project associated with the bucket?

Changing a bucket's location or project is not intrinsically provided by Cloud Storage.

A bucket remains in the location and project that you set during bucket creation. 

If you want to change either of these parameters, you have to delete the bucket and recreate it.
