How to use a gateway in Power Bi

Follow the below procedure -

1. Install an on-premises data gateway to access data in the network.

2. Run the on-premises data gateway app.

3. Sign in to your account, then you can find the gateway information.

4. Then go to power bi service and go to manage gateways option to manage your gateway. By default, you are the admin to this gateway, you can later connect more users in the network.
