Besides UiPath resources are there resources to help better understand how Business Analyst do their jobs

As I prepare for the diploma for Business Analyst and Implementation Manager I would like to understand how to do the job using best practices. As we mature it becomes part of our DNA to not re-invent things that are already parsed out for us. Knowing how to analyze if RPA is a good choice and how to properly build documentation are critical and I want to understand it as best as possible.

If you can recommend resources and if possible provide links it would be great. Here is what I am reading this morning. I have done some research on my own but hope to get your expert advice.
