Add Variables to Tuple

I want to add the following as a tuple. What should  I do?

name = "tom"
   age = 4
   location = "paris"

   name = "tom"
   age = 4

   tom = tuple((name, age, location))
tom

OUTPUT:

('tom', 4, 'paris')
