How to create a custom column for comparing between of 2 numbers

Hi

How do I create a custom column which compares if a value existed between two other numbers rather than using the compare operators like >, =, <, <=, >=?

For example I have two tables like a DIM table and I need to create a custom column which shows a string instead of a number and my facct table existed in between of each range of these numbers

So,How to do this?
