Hey,
The suspend option suspends a workflow job in RUNNING status. After the command is executed the workflow job will be in SUSPENDED status. When the coordinator job is suspended, running coordinator actions will stay in running and the workflows will be suspended. If the coordinator job is in RUNNING status, it will transit to SUSPENDED status; if it is in RUNNINGWITHERROR status, it will transit to SUSPENDEDWITHERROR

$ oozie job -oozie http://localhost:11000/oozie -suspend 14-20090525161321-oozie-joe
