Error Operation not permitted starting namenode logging to usr local hadoop while starting Hadoop cluster

I am getting this above error once I start my Hadoop cluster, can anyone help out what can be done to solve this?

Hey,

You can do one thing, make a separate user hduser, always try to keep this in mind, 

$ do chown -R 755 /usr/local/hadoop

Remember when you create tmp path, apply the same setting as above. The issue is related to permission, not Hadoop
