How to show label of one column and axis fields of other different columns in a stacked bar chart? Is this possible?

Yes, It is possible.

Let me take an example.

In the above example, Ship mode and Sales are the axis fields, whereas Profit is the label shown in each stacked bar for different Category.

Label shelf can be the same as that of the axis fields used or a different field, it does not alter the chart.
