What is the AWS CodeStar service used for

I am new to AWS platform, I know about DevOps. I am learning how to perform DevOps On AWS platform. I was unable to understand about AWS CodeStar  Can anyone help me with an use-case how and where should I use this AWS CodeStar?

What you can do with codestar:

1. You can get started with fully CICD enabled project in a matter of minutes
2. You can manage access for your team 
3. You can monitor all the project level activities like what code changes happened recently and deployment etc.
4. You can use extensions like JIRA for issue tracking
