How to retire early

Hi, I'm working as software developer from 20 years. I'm 45 and want to retire from office. Can anyone suggest any planing or management advice and suggestions. How to retire early?

• Don't have a high lifestyle that you spoil yourself.

• Can do any freelance work or contract projects aside from the company's projects.

There is some piece of advice you can follow:

• First of all, a working person can never sit without any work be it at the age of 45 or 65. If you do not want to work in IT's or in any firm, make sure you keep your savings at that level that you can carry your expenses well.
• You can start tutorial school at your place so that you don't need to go out, but you can pass a good time.
• You can do something like, you can lend money to people and get it back with some interest.
• Make sure you keep some money in mutual funds so that at your last age you can get more than what you have earned.
