What is the range of average salary for the freshers now?

Since the past 10 years, it the same for freshets being paid average of 3L - 4Lpa for most of the company's and some differ up to 5LPA.

It depends on which sector you want to make your career. If you are from an IT background and join any IT firm, then you should get around 20- 25k per month. If you are a simple graduate then don't expect much because BPO's doesn't pay that well, it's hardly around 12- 15 k per month. So choose your career wisely.

Its the same trend from the past few years, the average salary for freshers are 3 LPA to 4 LPA.

It completely depends on the type of companies - mass recruiter ranges between  3 - 4 LPA  and others between 4 - 6 LPA.
