Processing BLOB data in Sqoop

Hi. I am processing a BLOB data. Because the data is huge, I am streaming the data to avoid overflow. The problem is with processing it. The entries are enclosed by braces '()' and I want to know how this data can be processed while importing it in Sqoop. Please help

This is a common problem while using BLOB or CLOB. But luckily, sqoop provides inbuilt support to handle this kind of situation. To process the data, just use the enclosed_by switch. 

$ sqoop import <parameters> --enclosed_by <char>
