Count - using If within period of dates

Question

How to count number of projects worked by each team in department (design) for a period of time? I have 4 teams with 5-7 people in each.

My data includes project and work of each team,employees and projects undertaken, etc for all departments.

Hi Sindhu,

Use below DAX code to create a column using -

count if = IF(table[dept]="Design",CALCULATE(COUNTA(table[projects]),DATESBETWEEN(table[Date field],[start date], [end date])))

Now add the teams in sheet along with created column to show number of projects per project in design department.
