How to check your file is created on HDFS

Hi,

I am working in pig and after executing all the pig commands, I want to check that my file has created or not? So, can anyone explain the process?

Hey,

 There is a process or steps you can follow:-

• First go to the Name Node health UI.
• Browse the file system.
• Look for the directory pig result that you have created.
• Open the directory.
• You can see the part file present.
• Download the part file and save it.
• Ope the file, the record will be there (the file you have stored).
