Delete a pem file

I have a pem file but the problem is a lot of people have started using my account. I would like to delete it and create a new one. How do I delete a pem file?

Use the following command to delete your pem file:

$ aws ec2 delete-key-pair --key-name keypair

But do make sure once deleted, you cannot recover it.
