Follow these steps to describe ElasticIP using the console:

  1. Open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.

  2. In the navigation pane, choose Elastic IPs.

  3. Select a filter from the Resource Attribute list to begin searching. You can use multiple filters in a single search.
