When we use the email trigger option in automation anywhere we are required to specify the host. We can specify the host for either sending mail or receiving it.

For sending a mail we use SMTP port 25 or 465. The SMTP server depends on your internet provider.

For receiving mail we use imap or pop, you can use the port number 110 for pop and 143 for imap.

Hope this helped...!!!
