Hi @Ruchi, Blue Prism supports following Spy modes for spying on elements inside an application:
1. HTML Mode: This spy mode is used to identify elements present on the Web Browser based application.
2. Win32 Mode: This mode is used to spy Windows applications usually but it is also used to spy any unwanted popups during the automation of Web Based application.
3. Accessibility Mode: Accessibility Mode uses Microsoft Active Accessibility (AA) which is available to interact with many application types running in a Microsoft Windows environment.
4. Region Mode: Region mode is mainly used while selecting elements from Citrix Environments.
