How to increase speed of block generation in Multichain

I am running a Multichain on my system. I have written a script to automate it. The problem is that the block generation is taking more time. I am guessing it is because of the time taken to verify transactions. How can I fasten this process?

Could you share the script you have used to automate it? It could something in the script too.

It could be because of the script or because of the verification time. If it is because of the verification time, then you can reduce the verification time. To do this, open the params.dat file with a text editor and find the property target-block-time and lower the value. The verification process will take less time now.
