What is Dynamo DB in AWS? How is it used? Can someone help me with the explanation in simple languages.

DynamoDB is a database service provided by AWS and it is a fast and flexible non-relational database service for any scale. DynamoDB gives the customers a liberty to offload any kind of administrative burdens of operating and scaling distributed databases to AWS so that they don’t have to worry anything about hardware provisioning, setup, configuration, and throughput capacity planning, neither the replication, software patching, or cluster scaling, everything is taken care by the DynamoDB.
