Should I quit my Happy and peaceful job

0 votes
I am working in a company where I am very happy and peaceful. I don't have any pressure to work. Some people tell that I am lucky and some tell that it is not good for me and tell me to quit it. Should I quit it?

If you are happy with your job then you are not improving. Life is all about making yourself better. If you are in your comfort zone at work then it means you are not pushing yourself to improve. You won't push yourself if you are not under pressure. But you don't really have to quit your job. You can change what you are doing at work. Get involved in more things, learn something new. Don't waste your time. If you can't do this in your current job then you should quit.

Why do you want to quit? You are happy and that's very rare. So stay there but don't let the comfort affect your skills. Learn things, gain as much knowledge as possible.

You don't have to leave the company because peace and happiness are important. And I think you don't have any pressure on you because you are getting things done in time. Anyways, if that is the case, then I think you should utilize that time for something productive. Learn something new, share your knowledge, help others at your office, learn more about how you can make your work efficient and of great quality. This will help in improving self-growth.

I would say NO, since if your environment is good and comfortable for you. But if you want challenges in life and career then you should quit and seek out for a different job or career. If you are comfortable with your pay and job title and work that you are doing, then don't quit.

At the end of discussion its your choice. Look at all options that are before you before taking a decision such as pressure, status, salary, work environment, etc.
