Error Ethernet Cable unplugged in Ubuntu

Question

When I use Ubuntu it shows ethernet cable is unplugged but the ethernet cable is connected. I have changed the LAN wire but no use. Can you please help me?

Hi, I have the same problem, in ubuntu 19.1 Ethernet was good, but when I update it to 20.04 I have a cable unplugged.
I proved two options then I restarted my PC, maybe it works for you:

1st: Update Ub and install net-tools
sudo apt-get update -y
sudo apt-get install -y net-tools
2nd: Installing udav.
sudo apt-get install udav
3rd: Rebooting your PC

Try this:

$ sudo ifconfig eth0 down
$ sudo ifconfigeth0 up
