How do I disable cowsay?

You can uninstall cowsay by setting nocows=1 in ansible.cfg, or set the ANSIBLE_NOCOWS environment variable:

export ANSIBLE_NOCOWS=1
When cowsay is installed, ansible anyways overpowers the responsibility of running the playbook.
